CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONAL IMAGE

I hereby declare that by placing a comment "#consent" under my photo, I voluntarily consent to the use of the commented photo containing my image (hereinafter: "Photo") by the company Meble VOX spółka S.A.

At the same time, I acknowledge that my image will be used only for the purpose of posting the Photo on the vox.co.uk website and social media, in particular on Facebook and Instagram.

The administrator of your personal data is Meble VOX S.A. with its registered office at ul. Gdyńska 143, 62-004 Czerwonak, which can be contacted at iod@vox.pl. Your personal data, in particular your image, will be processed in order to build a positive image of the VOX brand and to strengthen the relationship between you as a customer and the companies belonging to the VOX Group. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, lodge an objection and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
